1. Scope

This policy applies to merilynbullen.com and explains how Merilyn Bullen, with administrative support from The Health Club Online Pty Ltd where applicable, handles personal information connected with this website.

2. Using this website

This is primarily a static information website. Its public source does not intentionally include user accounts, payment facilities, advertising pixels or analytics scripts.

The light and dark theme control stores a preference in your browser's local storage. That preference stays on your device unless you clear it. Like most websites, hosting and network providers may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and date and time.

3. Skills-for-stay applications

The Skills for Stay application form asks for your name, contact details, trade and qualification details, experience, availability, references and information relevant to the proposed work and pet care. Please do not include identity-document details, financial information or other sensitive information.

The form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered by email to the address nominated for this project. FormSubmit's own privacy practices and terms apply while it processes the submission. Application details are used to assess suitability, contact applicants, discuss the three possible jobs, agree a limited scope of work and make practical arrangements. Applicant details will not be published unless separate permission is obtained.

4. Other contact

If you choose to email, call, use WhatsApp, download the contact card, or connect through a social platform, the information you provide may include your name, contact details, message and anything else you decide to share.

That information may be used to respond to you, continue a conversation you requested, provide relevant information, and keep appropriate business records. The downloadable contact card and QR pages do not ask you to submit personal information to this website.

5. External services

This website links to or uses services operated by other organisations, including FormSubmit, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and The Health Club Online. If you use those services, their privacy practices and terms apply. Merilyn does not control how those providers operate.

6. Use and disclosure

Personal information is used for the purpose for which it was provided and related administrative, relationship, safety and legal purposes. It is not sold. It may be disclosed to people involved in assessing or arranging the Skills for Stay exchange, service providers, insurers, professional advisers or authorities where reasonably needed or required by law.

7. Security and retention

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information under Merilyn's control. No internet, third-party form or email service can promise absolute security. Unsuccessful Skills for Stay applications will be deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed for selection, communication, dispute handling, security or legal obligations. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably needed, then deleted or de-identified where practical.

8. Your choices

You can choose not to use the application form or external contact links. You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you, withdraw an application, or ask a privacy question by emailing merilyn@thehealthclubonline.com. Some records may need to be retained where the law allows or requires it.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when the website or its practices change. The date at the top shows the latest published version.
